Come join us for a drawing session SATURDAY AFTERNOON at Faerycon! The (Sober) Chibi returns! Come have a seat, stretch your drawing skills, warm up your fingers, and learn how to draw a VERY FAERY chibi with Chi!

This Family friendly event is a great pre-cursor to evening festivities for all skill levels and types! Paper, pencils and markers are provided (If you prefer your own materials, feel free to bring them or work in a personal sketchbook!) We always have snacks to share and kids love this session which focuses on how to increase your drawing speed and round out your composition on the fly.

BUT WHAT DO WE ACTUALLY DO?

Chi! (The Artist) Stands up front, and takes several takes votes! We discuss what we are going to draw as a group, and talk about how we can customize all our pieces. There is discussion of line, anatomy, pose and intent. Do we have mermaids? Robots? Gods or Faeries? It is an entirely improvised event, half show, half instruction, all fun! Amazing for introverts looking for a space to warm up before the balls, or for creatives just looking for a smaller event to stretch their wings. Either way, come play!
